I offer courses and workshops on a variety of themes related to personal growth and health and well-being. These range from 2 hour workshops up to 8 week courses.
My approach to education is based on providing people with experiences that deepen self-knowledge and understanding, which naturally leads to growth and development in the person. This philosophy is based on the belief that people have the creative capacity to direct and take responsibility for their own learning and are the best authority on their own lives.
Mindfulness Workshop & Courses
Mindfulness training can help you manage stress, develop resilience, increase health and well-being, improve creativity, memory, and focus, and increase experience of positive emotions.
Nature and well-being workshops
At nature in mind we run workshops, courses and retreats designed to help people connect more deeply with the natural world through mindfulness practices. Research has shown that immersing yourself in nature can have very positive benefits on health and well-being which include reducing stress and increasing positive emotion. Throughout this workshop we work on cultivating the qualities of curiosity, gratitude, appreciation, joy, kindness, awe, and wonder. For more information visit www.natureinmind.ie

With fellow life coach Sarah Murphy I run short workshops and longer 6 week courses on many themes including:
